DeployWorks is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and by email. You can reach us at contact@deployworks.co.

What we collect

Browsing this site doesn't require you to give us any personal data. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. To deliver pages, AWS processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We have not turned on access logging, so we don't keep a record of visits.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer our services. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you. Your data may be processed outside your country by us and by our email and hosting providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Client records are kept for as long as our contract and legal obligations require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and Saudi Arabia's PDPL give you the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and the GDPR also lets you object to how it's used. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives similar rights of access, correction and erasure as its rules come into force. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
